Royce buys C.H. Patrick's Vat Dye Business

Passaic Color and Chemical, division of Royce Associates has acquired C.H. Patrick & Co.'s Vat dye business for an undisclosed sum. This acquisition further strengthens Passaic's presence in the market, and offers Patrick's customers continued access to world-class service and products. Over the next 30 days Passaic Color and C.H. Patrick will work to provide C.H. Patrick's Vat dye customers a seamless transition to Passaic's Royce Vat product line. A.J. Royce IV, President of Royce Associates, parent company of Passaic commented, "Royce is committed to continuing to offer the U.S. textile industry the highest quality Vat dye products, along with unrivaled technical service.
