Application of R type reactive dyes
two-bathing pad dyeing
1, Procedure
pad dyeing liquid (residue: 70%)→pre-drying→drying, →immerse and pad →steaming(102-105°C, 40-60s)→washing→soaping→ water washing→drying

Dip-dyeing
1, temp.-increasing method: ( medium and dark color dyeing of thin fabrics)
2, shift-dyeing method:(for light color or fabric with bad leveling capacity)
3, constant temp. method: (for auto machine dyeing)
4, thermal variation method: (for thick fabrics)
Washing process
1, method: cold washing→hot washing→(neutralization)→soaping(1-2times)→hot washing→cold washing
2, condition: anion or non-ion detergent
1-2g/L soaping agent 2g/L Ratio, temp., time 1:10-1:20 95-98°C×20min neutralization: acetic acid or formic acid to PH=7-8 Dosage
